Can we bring our own alcohol (BYOB)?

No. Cheval Royal is  not BYOB . Alcohol must be purchased directly from our bar in accordance with our permit and Québec regulations.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available:    If you purchase Booking Protect  at checkout (via our third-party partner)   If an event is cancelled    For postponed events, we’ll contact you with your options. Cash refunds are not available; alternate arrangements will be offered if needed.

How do I get my tickets?

All tickets are delivered digitally. You’ll receive two emails:   A  confirmation email   A  PDF ticket email  (check your spam/junk folder)   Choose  Print-at-Home  or  Mobile Delivery  and present your ticket on your phone or as a printed copy at the venue.

Yes—families are welcome, especially during dinner hours. On show nights, the atmosphere becomes more “party” later in the evening.

What time does it become more adult/party vibe?

Typically after  9:30–10:00 PM  on Friday/Saturday when live entertainment starts and the music gets louder. If you’re coming with kids, we recommend earlier dinner seating.

Menu prices are shown  before taxes . Gratuity may apply for large groups and certain packages—our team will confirm with you.

Yes. Our kitchen can prepare  vegetarian  and  halal-friendly  menu options for corporate groups. When you request a quote, tell us your guest count and any dietary needs (vegetarian, halal, allergies), and we’ll propose the best menu format (buffet, plated, or cocktail).

Yes. You can add  DJ ,  live musicians , or entertainment options depending on the type of event and your preferred vibe. We can also accommodate your own entertainment team—just share your technical requirements (sound, timing, stage needs) and we’ll coordinate the setup.

Yes. There is  parking available nearby  and we can guide your guests to the best options when you confirm your event. If you expect a large group, we’ll also recommend arrival timing and drop-off flow to keep entry smooth.

What are the deposit and cancellation policies?

To confirm your date, we require a  deposit  and a signed agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the event date, size, and services reserved. We will clearly outline the policy in your quote so everything is transparent before you confirm.

Can we brand the room (logo, backdrop, screen, etc.)?

Yes. Corporate branding is welcome—logos on screens, backdrops, step-and-repeat, table cards, and branded moments can be arranged. Share your brand assets and timeline, and we’ll propose the best placement options to keep the room elegant and photo-ready.
